This 2-piece knife set from the ZWILLING Gourmet series includes a cleaver with a blade length of 15cm and an 18cm Chinese chef's knife. Both knives are particularly resistant due to their ice-hardened, almost rectangular FRIODUR blade and lie comfortably in the hand thanks to their ergonomically shaped plastic handle. Due to its slightly wider blade, the cleaver is particularly suitable for chopping meat legs or poultry. It can also be used to shred fish or herbs. The Chinese chef's knife, on the other hand, has a thinner blade, which makes it particularly suitable for cutting. With the kitchen knives from the ZWILLING Gourmet series, quality “made in Germany” finds its way into your kitchen.
